Beautiful Things Leave Marks is a private fundraising initiative. It is not a registered charity, non-profit organisation, foundation, association or company. We do not make a profit from the T(hank you)-Shirts and cannot issue an official tax-deductible donation receipt. We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide this website, answer questions and comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Hosting / website platform
This website is built and published using Lovable (Lovable Labs Incorporated, lovable.dev). Lovable delivers the published website, including its images, through the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit the website, these providers process the technical data required to deliver it to you, such as your IP address (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). 4. Server log files

This website links to our Instagram profile. No data is transferred to Instagram until you click the link. After that, Instagram's privacy policy applies.

This website itself does not set cookies and does not use local storage, analytics, tracking or marketing technologies. A cookie banner is therefore not required.

We delete personal data as soon as it is no longer needed for its purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Personal data is only shared where necessary: with Lovable and Cloudflare (website hosting and delivery) and Google (web fonts).
